Why is the "keep warm" plate on my MultiServe coffee maker not getting hot?
The keep warm plate will only be active when you are using the settings to make a half or full carafe of coffee. The warming plate will not be active for over ice or cold brew beverages. The machine is preset for 2 hours, but you can change this time and set the keep warm plate to heat for 15 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Once you switch the lever to "drip stop" the keep warm plate will turn off, you must reactivate the keep warm plate by pressing the keep warm button.
If you want to manually activate the keep warm function move the lever to "Drip stop", select half or full carafe setting and press keep warm button. The preset time is 30 minutes but you can customize up to 4 hours by pressing the buttons "HR" "MIN"
